The Cart is delivered with a FULL tank of gas. We ask that you top off at the end of your use or we can charge a $10 refuel convenience fee. All carts include seatbelts for all riders, fully collapsible windshield, headlights, taillights, turn signals & horn.

YES. We ask that you reserve your cart for delivery & pick up for a minimum of 1 night.

NO, We offer discounted rates the longer you book. Please contact us for special rates if you plan to rent 7 nights or more.

YES, We require proof of valid U.S. Drivers License and Valid Proof of Insurance. Please understand, it is NOT the responsibility of Daytona Area Rentals, LLC to ensure that the Renter's auto insurance covers the rental use of a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Renter is responsible for ALL liability and damages that may result while operating a street legal golf cart, also known as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) as defined under the Florida Statute Chapter 320.01. The valid and collectible Liability Insurance and PIP of any authorized rental driver is primary for the limits of liability and personal injury protection coverage required by SS.324.021 and 627.736, Florida Statutes.

YES. We offer an optional collision coverage @35/day for additional coverage for damages to the cart only up to $20,000. This is an option you can add at check out with your package. All Drivers must be listed.

NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21. All Drivers must be listed on the agreement with a valid drivers license and insurance.

No. Any excessive mud, sand or other damaging debris observed on the cart and cart undercarriage upon final inspection may result in an additional minimum fee of $150 for misuse and replacement of damaged parts.

Please ask the vacation property owner or manager. Please verify with your vacation property manager that they permit street legal golf cart rentals.

We recommend starting your rental on check in and ending on your check out. Your cart will be delivered and picked up on those same days. We deliver 7 days a week and strive to make all deliveries by 12 PM. We will text a picture of your cart once delivered along with the code for the lockbox. You will receive prior notification if we foresee any problems with delivering your cart by 12 PM.

If this happens, shoot us a text and we can bring another to you. There is a $75.00 charge for lost keys.

Delivery & Pick up are FREE within a radius of our location (A1A, Ormond Beach, FL). When you enter your specific location you will be able to see if you are within our complimentary delivery area. Otherwise we charge based on location of delivery, this is calculated in your quote prior to booking.

Orders cancelled more than 10 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. Payment for all golf cart orders are finalized upon booking in US dollars. There are no refunds once the cart has been delivered.

Car seats are required for all riders aged 3 and under by Florida law. Booster seats are encouraged for child riders 4 and over but are not required. All carts include seatbelts and are required to be worn while the cart is in use according to Florida law.
